A technically robust network of 200 low-cost air quality monitors which are capable of producing reliable and credible air quality data was deployed in 50 Indian cities and towns. This is aimed at partially addressing the existing air quality data gap, supporting research and informing policymakers, experts and the public on available solutions for curbing the growing levels of air pollution in cities.
