This issue of the SAMEEKSHA newsletter focuses on the GEF-funded project titled ‘Market Transformation and Removal of Barriers for Effective Implementation of the State-Level Climate Change Action Plans’ being implemented by UNDP in the state of Jharkhand, in partnership with Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change (MoEFCC). The aim of the project is to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in various sectors at the state level as identified in the Jharkhand Action Plan for Climate Change (JAPCC).
