Shakti has supported the development of an implementation roadmap for the state-level adoption of the Energy Efficiency Portfolio Obligation (EEPO) in India. The roadmap lays out a conceptual framework for instituting a market-based mechanism to attract greater private sector participation in DSM interventions.
