The policy brief discusses key factors that help explain India’s approach to tackling climate change. The factors are: i) challenges in development, adaptation, energy use and GHG emissions; ii) domestic actions for mitigation and adaptation; iii) approaches to international negotiations; and iv) opportunities for a bilateral partnership with the EU.
