This study proposes a strategic vision plan for Ahmedabad to reform bus-based public transport services, which are operated by the Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Services (AMTS). The plan is intended to promote better preparedness, efficient operations and the financially sustainability of the public bus system in the citywhile delivering the desired level of services to commuters.
