The India Cooling Action Plan (ICAP), released in March 2019, is a seminal policy document that paves the way for sustainable cooling in India. With two years having passed since the release of the ICAP, this policy brief assesses the current state of implementation and proposes the way forward. This policy brief further explores specific opportunities to augment the ICAP’s implementation plan.
