This report examines renewable energy manufacturing policies in India, China, Germany and Spain, and assesses various aspects associated with each stage of the solar and wind value chain. It proposes a development trajectory for the sector's sourcing and manufacturing industry over a 2032 time frame with the objective of achieving energy security at an optimal cost.
