On April 22nd 2021, we hosted Laurence Tubiana for a talk on “Recalibrating the Climate Regime and India’s place in the Global Transition.” Ms. Tubiana is the CEO of the European Climate Foundation. She was France’s Climate Change Ambassador and Special Representative for COP21, and a key architect of the landmark Paris Agreement.
